Josh Allen is an excellent negotiator who prides himself on putting clients’ needs first. Prioritizing the trust between agent and client has meant that Josh has seen many first-time home buyers return to him when they are ready to move up to their next home. For the entire 17 years that Josh has been a licensed real estate agent, he has been affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®. He is consistently in the top 10% of Fox & Roach agents, earning the Leading Edge award in 2017 and the Chairman’s Circle Gold award in 2018, putting him in the top 2% of the network for that year. Before he started his career in real estate, Josh served as a public school music teacher. Today, he is active in beautifying his Graduate Hospital community and building relationships with his neighbors. He formed The Josh Allen Team to provide spectacular service to his clients and to ensure that someone will always be available to help, day or night.
