Jane Rosenbaum

A real estate professional since 1986, Jane is proud of the service she has provided to several hundred listers and sellers in central New Jersey and beyond. Always interested in architecture, home decoration, quirky locales, and home sale trends, Jane took her real estate licensing exam as a lark, thinking that doing so would help her to promote lovely historic Trenton neighborhoods such as the one where she has resided for the past thirty-seven years. The rest is minor history! After all this time, Jane continues to market homes with enthusiasm and most especially to try to find what her customers are looking for at a price that they can afford. First-time home buyers are of particular interest and she makes a point of being familiar with available mortgage options so as to be able to provide her clients with the best possible information and advice so that making so important a purchase proves comfortable and trouble-free. Jane graduated from Hunter College High School and received a B. A. in English from City College in New York and a Ph. D. in English from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been an adjunct assistant professor of English at Rider University since 1978, teaching in both the day- and evening-division and has, as such, had long practice in dealing with people from all walks of life and in making simple things – whether poems or real estate transactions!!--that can seem overwhelming at first. So, whether the home you are selling is a bungalow or a mansion or whether your budget for purchase is large or small, your down payment hefty or minuscule, Jane will do her all to make what you want to have happen happen!
