Michael has been a licensed realtor for 18 years. In 2005 he founded The Sivel Group, which he and his partners have successfully grown into the number one real estate group in Chestnut Hill and number 44 for BHHS in the Country. Over the years, The Sivel Group has garnered unparalleled achievements, earning consecutive Chairman’s Circle Circle Awards, including the elite Top of the Rock awards. These accomplishments only serve to further enhance value, marketing exposure and service to their clients. In addition to founding the Sivel Group Brand, Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit drove him to develop a luxury arm of the group, “Sivel Group Luxury,” which quickly grew to becoming one of the Region’s top luxury real estate brands; by calling on over a decade of experience, Michael developed a marketing and sales system exclusively for luxury sales, creating some of the most successful luxury transactions in the market today.
