Linda Emerson, Manager of the Doylestown office, is a lifetime resident of Bucks County. Linda has been in the Sales and Brokerage of Real Estate in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for over 35 years and she has great knowledge of her market area and the benefits of living here. Linda also knows her colleagues in the business and uses the network to find the best match for clients and sales associates as well. She believes in the team approach to life that is we can get things done if we work together. Specializing in land and farm transactions the complexities of a transaction are what makes the task interesting to her. In contrast she enjoys explaining the process of a real estate transaction to someone buying their first home last home or an investment property. Her personal production of over 5 million is a testament to her work ethic. She has received numerous awards including the Presidents Circle Award. On the management side Linda enjoys training a new agent as well as assisting an experienced one in the process of the challenges of a transaction.
