Tyler Bradley is a partner in The Cooley Bradley Group, a team specializing in both residential and commercial properties.  CBG is extremely hands-on when it comes to new development which is one of their strongest facets.  Involved literally from the ground up, they are involved with the architects with the exterior design, devising the ideal floor plan, interior finishes as well as staging their model units.   When it comes to resale homes they know the importance of first impressions both online and in-person so every home must appear to be like a model home before it is listed.

Through their efforts and dedication, the team has been successful in achieving the Chairman's Circle Diamond Award to only the Top 1/2% of the BHHS network for many years. 

Tyler is a third generation Realtor and resident of Wyndmoor, PA where he lives with his wife and son, who attends Germantown Academy. Tyler graduated from American University’s School of International Service, is fluent in French, proficient in Spanish and has 30 years of international sales experience. Before moving to Wyndmoor 16 years ago, Tyler lived in Los Angeles, Connecticut and New York City, where he has renovated many of his own properties. He understands firsthand the importance of finding the right Realtor to work with.
