I'm an Associate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Realtors at The Rittenhouse Hotel. I specialize in transactions at Waterfront Square because I reside there and am on the Executive Board of Directors in the Peninsula tower. I am extremely quick and efficient in handling deals because I am perpetually on site. In general though my biggest strength is my prompt communication and extensive knowledge of condominium transactions. I'm available for clients 24/7 and usually respond to all emails within the hour. The bulk of my business is within Northern Liberties Society Hill and Rittenhouse Square. My clients appreciate how accommodating I am to them, I hold myself to a higher standard since I'm an associate broker and not just a real estate agent.
