Terrence S. Jennings is a well rounded Licensed Realtor-ABR with licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also a successful Entrepreneur with over 30 years of stellar sales experiences as a sales person, contract negotiator, sales manager, conceptual sales artist, telecommunications - technology sales specialist, assistant general manager and general manager all while working for Fortune 1000 companies, startups and publicly traded organizations.

In 2019 Mr. Jennings and his board of directors opened their first 501 C3 Non-Profit H&J CHDO, Inc. A Community Housing Development Organization who is working directly with the Chester County Department of Community Development, via their program Decades to Doorways which is aimed at ending Homelessness in Chester County PA. The goal is to become the preeminent Affordable Housing Provider in Chester County and beyond as we bring to bear a Sustainable Homeless Platform called Life Source, A Guide to Humanity! This program and his designation as Accredited Buyer.
