I believe I was destined to be a Realtor. My Grandfather was a Realtor. My Mother was a Realtor. My husband had a successful career as a Realtor Broker and custom home builder. The Chester County Board of Realtors named both my Mother and my husband Realtor of the year. My brother and his wife are Realtors in Florida. My sister is a Realtor in California. My cousin and his wife are Realtors in Bucks County. I have been licensed as a Realtor since 1986 and am a Multi-Million Dollar producer annually. In 2002 I was named Outgoing Referral Agent of the Year. In 2007 2008 and 2010 I was named Top Producing Agent of the Year in my office. The majority of my clients come from former client referrals and my sphere of influence. I was born and raised in Chester County and I still live there today. I could live anywhere but choose to make Chester County home for my horse and myself. I started in Real Estate in conveyancing and settlement procedures. My strong business background has been invaluable experience in assuring that contracts deadlines and negotiations are handled with accuracy and professionalism. A sidebar to my Real Estate career was a stint in advertising. That sharpened my skills in marketing properties for the clients that I serve. My Father was a golf pro and prior to Real Estate I managed pro shops at 2 prominent private Country Clubs in the area. This is a service business. The positive feedback that I receive from my clients tells me that they appreciate the high level of service that I offer. I take my career very seriously and devote myself to my clients on a full time basis.
