Ive helped sellers obtain prices significantly higher than appraised value and helped buyers attain their desired homes at a discount. Mr. Wilcox has a diversified background ranging from field engineering at power plants across the nation to project engineering on fuel controls for fighter jet engines to technical sales of hydraulic systems that lifted rockets up to the launch pad at Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg Air Force Bases. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Science in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). He is a strong believer in continuing education and has earned the real estate designations of e-PRO Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
