Marc Hammarberg is the team leader for the Hammarberg Real Estate Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Realtors and has been a licensed agent for over 20 years, actively practicing for the last decade. He is an Accredited Buyer's and Seller's Representative, a Senior Specialist, and a GREEN Realtor. Marc has received numerous awards for sales production including the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors Diamond Award, BHHS Chairman's Circle Diamond Award - top ½ percent of agents in our national network, along with Platinum and Gold Awards prior, and is a 10 time recipient of the Five Star Professional Award as seen in Philadelphia magazine and voted by consumers. In addition to being a Realtor member of GPAR, PAR and NAR, Marc is a member of Center City Residence Association, South of South Neighbors Association and has been active in his local Fitzwater 2000 Community Garden. Marc is a Philadelphia native, having grown up in the Overbrook Farms neighborhood at the edge of West Philadelphia but has lived overseas and travelled extensively. He is a 30 year Center City resident and currently lives in the Graduate neighborhood. His goal is to give his Buyer and Seller clients exceptional representation through personalized service and his passion for the industry, keen market knowledge enable him to work non-stop to make that happen.
