During these years she has garnered a long list of prestigious awards and honors including: Home Builder Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties "Salesperson of the Year " and Rouse Chamberlin Homes "The Closer." She is a buyer and seller expert specializing in new construction development opportunities multi-unit apartment buildings condominium conversions single and multi-family homes. Carol also serves as President of the condominium board at Georgetown of Philadelphia a 270 unit subdivision located in Lower Gwynedd PA.
