Joseph Sheppard has lived full time in Ocean City since 1989. A Graduate from Stockton University with a degree in Marketing and Business He spent 9 years with Teleflex Inc. Limerick Pa Corporate. He began his Real Estate career in October 1989 with Hager Real Estate at the 55th Street office. Joe has now worked out of that same location for 257years. Living in the north end the 6 mile commute to 55th street has been a big factor in Joe's success. As one of the Ocean City's top Listing and Sales agents for over 25 years Joe has accounted for over $300 Million in transactions and earned the highest awards presented in the Real Estate profession. Joe knows all aspects of Ocean City NJ better than anyone in the Business. Customer service has always will be my main priority. He is a member of the Ocean City Planning Board sits on the Board of Directors of the OC Board of Realtors and is also a member of the Masonic Lodge. In addition Joe has been a member of the Ocean City Yacht Club and the Ocean City Marlin and Tuna Club for over 30 years. Joe and his wife Dana have raised two children in Ocean City. Justin Cornell (25) - graduate of OC High School and Rowan University and Carly Elizabeth (24) - graduate of OC High School University of Delaware and currently in the Masters Program at Nova Southeastern University.
