I ran a Global Real Estate Sales Team for this Fortune 250 Company and therefore my Training/ Marketing Skills and Knowledge set me apart from the rest. Searching for a Corporate environment and not being able to find one at the Shore I joined the Mike Ferry Organization which includes the Top 1% of Agents in the Country. This organization delivers a very specific set of SOP's designed for Highly motivated High End Top Producing Realtors. These SOP's integrated with weekly private coaching help us to enhance our clients sales process and increase our performance and Currently I am Ranked Top 5 in Ocean City.
