She obtained her NJ RE License in 1999 her Brokers License and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2007 and her E-Pro designation in 2010. She also obtained her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2006 held by less than 4% of realtors nationwide. President of Budd Realty Inc. for over 18 years and now proudly has just become part of the Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach Realtors family "NJ Budd Group" with their office remaining at the former Budd Realty location in Deptford.
