Beverly Schmitt is an established real estate professional, licensed since 2016. A member of the Ed Schmitt Team, Beverly works as a husband and wife duo and offers a personal referral style of business. As an award-winning agent, Beverly is a recipient of the Tech Specialist of the Year and Leading Edge Society awards. She has experience in staging and working with professional photography and 3D imaging to market properties. Prior to real estate, Beverly worked in retail sales and management and has continued to use those skills and experience to expertly work with home buyers and sellers.

Beverly and Ed take a personal interest in their clients’ needs, helping them to stage their home to show off the potential to new buyers. They use their technology skills to reach the online market and get the most exposure possible for their clients’ homes. Beverly’s organizational skills help the process go smoothly from start to finish, with as little stress as possible. She serves Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania, New Castle County in Delaware and Northeastern Maryland. Beverly is a member of the National and Pennsylvania Associations of Realtors. A longtime resident of West Chester, she is an active member of her community as the judge of elections for Thornbury Township, a National Garden Club judge, Philadelphia Horticultural Society chairperson and volunteer, and music minister at her church. When she is not selling real estate, Beverly enjoys collecting classic Corvettes, gardening and spending time with her family.
