Meet Ed, your Local PA/DE Real Estate Agent. I’m a resident of Thornton, PA since 1993 but grew up in Wilmington, DE. I’m graduate of the University of Delaware with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Master of Business Administration. Prior to real estate, I worked for DuPont as a senior leader in various global roles in operations, manufacturing and supply chain functions. I’m a licensed Realtor® in Pennsylvania and Delaware as well as a professional photographer, videographer, DJ and sound recording engineer. I serve the Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County and New Castle County Delaware markets. Why I’m Different: Leveraging my experience as an engineer, successful global business operations leader and professional photographer, I am known for high tech marketing techniques, being a skilled negotiator and providing outstanding client service with my client's best interests at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process. Armed with top notch information and market insight, my clients can make the best decisions possible. I Believe In Giving Back to Our Community. I use my professional DJ services volunteering at church festivals and fundraisers. I also volunteer DJ for a local foundation helping families in need, with scholarships and financial aid. I volunteer my time for United Way Days of Caring Events and have helped build houses at Habitat for Humanity. I participate in Berkshire Hathaway’s Community Service Days. Education/Associations Electrical Engineer/Master Business Administration - University of Delaware, member of the National Board of Realtors® and Pennsylvania Board of Realtors® and a member of Chester County Chamber of Commerce. Real Estate training in: Real Estate Pricing Advisor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, Residential Construction, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller Representative Specialist. I’m also the Technology Specialist and Trainer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in our West Chester office. In My Free Time I enjoy collecting and restoring automobiles, antique radios, music boxes, phonographs and furniture. In addition, I enjoy international travel with the love of my life, Beverly, who is also a Realtor® licensed in PA and MD. We have two children, with our son being a fellow Realtor® licensed in PA.
