Sherri Westervelt
As a well-established and highly regarded real estate leader, Sherri has expanded her knowledge and practical experience since beginning in real estate in 1979. After many successful and award winning years as a sales agent, Sherri earned her broker’s license in NJ in 1992 and in Florida, where she relocated for a time, in 2005. With a long list of leadership roles, Sherri has the expertise and savvy to assist agents in building successful real estate careers. Always available, Sherri assists the agents with their listings and sales, utilizing her years of experience to guide and advise. A solid sounding board, she works with the experienced agents to strategize on contract terms and transaction closing. Sherri’s focus with the newer agents is to ensure they create their sphere of influence and use the systems we provide to market themselves effectively. To establish a welcoming office culture Sherri brings the agents together for training and social events to foster a strong bond and mutual desire to make the office and agents successful together.
Sherri has been in leadership positions as a past director of Salem Gloucester County Board of Realtors and Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast in FL, as well as a past member and director of the Zoning Board in Franklin Twp., NJ and a member of the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors in Stuart, FL. A native of New Jersey, Sherri lives in Swedesboro with her husband, Ed, a retired custom home builder with Royal Home Builders in Gloucester County. They have five children and seven grandchildren all residing locally in southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. The family has enjoyed boating and cruised the Intracoastal Waterway numerous times from their previous home port in Chesapeake City, Maryland to Stuart, Florida.
