Growing up in a family of realtors, her exposure to the real estate industry gave her an advantage. Formerly in the medical profession, Jo Ann combines her years of helping and caring for others, with her knowledge of the real estate business, to provide a professional and caring real estate experience. Local Connections

Born and raised in Hamilton Square, JoAnn’s roots run deep within the Hamilton/Robbinsville area. Knowing these areas so well, provides her clients with a unique perspective when they are trying to buy or sell a house in these communities. A resident of Cream Ridge, Monmouth County for the last 30 years with her husband and three children, Jo Ann has first-hand knowledge and experience with Monmouth County, including Upper Freehold, Cream Ridge, Allentown and Millstone, as well as Princeton/Hopewell/Lawrence Mercer County, and Chesterfield/Mansfield Burlington County.

JoAnn has extensive experience in relocation and the luxury property market. In 2012 she affiliated with prominent builder on a new construction project that spanned a four year period and enveloped three counties. That experience gained her a vast knowledge in the new construction luxury market.
