Brian Church has been a full time Realtor in New Jersey since 1999. He is currently a Broker Associate and leads a team of Agents known as the Brian Church Group: Sharon Langill, Paula Eagan, Carol Blume, Marilyn Jacobson, Nicholas (Nick) Condon, Leonora “Peachie” Grisanti, John Marzullo. As a real estate investor and corporate executive for over 30 years, Brian Church has a unique combination of experience to service the needs of his clients. In his business career, he was President of a large East Coast company and Vice President of a major international concern. He is also the author and presenter of many Business Management, Personal Motivation, Sales and Marketing seminars on a national level.
Brian Church has received the prestigious Platinum, Gold or Silver Circle of Excellence Award for every year in his real estate career. He was the only recipient from The South Monmouth Board of Realtors to receive the prestigious Platinum award in 2012. As a major proponent of continuing education in real estate, Brian has attended numerous seminars and training programs and is currently working towards his CRS designation.

Brian’s passion and commitment to real estate goes beyond his professional involvement into his philanthropic activities. He contributes a portion of every real estate commission to worthwhile charities, especially Habitat for Humanity. He served on their Board of Directors and was their President for four years. Brian is also a life time member of The Spring Lake Historical Society.
