I have been involved in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate for over 30 years. I began my career working with a central New Jersey real estate developer on large office building projects including 101 Carnegie Center, Princeton Overlook and Main Street in Lawrenceville as owner’s representative responsible for leasing, management and fit-out of tenant spaces. I then established my own business specializing in smaller commercial and residential projects working for owners to maximize their real estate investment. Since 1988 I have been a member of the Pennington Borough NJ Planning and Zoning Board and in 2009 I was elected a director of New Jersey Planning Officials, the organization that represents planning and zoning boards throughout New Jersey. From 2014 to 2018 I served as President I bring a unique understanding of the planning and zoning process in New Jersey’s 566 municipalities which is a very important element in most real estate transactions. I am an active member of the Pennington Business and Professional Association. I am a lifelong resident of Central NJ and am a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. I enjoy working with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and have traveled extensively in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. I am very proud of my three children and one grandson.
