A second generation Realtor® - Brian is a Philadelphia area native originally from Havertown. Brian graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Marketing. Brian is a full time Realtor® and has been with Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach since 2014. He's a certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), a member of the Ocean City Zoning Board of Adjustment and makes it his business to be an expert on all aspects of Ocean City Real Estate (especially flooding). Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Brian spent 10 years as a Yacht Broker in Cape May catering to discerning clients in the luxury sport fishing market. He is a USCG Licensed Captain, an avid boater & fisherman and a Past Commodore of the Ocean City Marlin & Tuna Club. He is an expert when it comes to the waters around Ocean City. Brian has been in OC since 2005 and lives on the island full time with his wife Sonya and their Boston Terrier "Chief".
