A licensed real estate professional since 2003, Kerry McCaw started out serving the Greater Philadelphia area and recently relocated to the Slate Belt to serve clients in the  Eastern Lehigh Valley and Poconos. Versed in a variety of dealings, he works with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers to broker both residential and commercial transactions. He has worked extensively with relocation companies and has listed everything from rehabs to new construction to historic properties. Kerry is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®’ Green Resource Council, and has his Certified Negotiation Expert designation.
