Nancy Bond is a licensed professional who specializes in residential and commercial sales in Montgomery and Bucks County areas. She is currently a member of the Montgomery County Board of Realtors. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox and Roach Realtors, Nancy created and ran a successful consulting firm that specialized in corporate relocation and project management. Among her clients were Vanguard Glaxo-Smith Kline Fannie Mae and Towers Perrin to name only a few. Nancy was raised in New England and is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. She relocated to Philadelphia in 1981 to take a position as Vice President of National Development for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. She has since moved to Montgomery County where she has been a resident for over 20 years raised two children and still resides with her husband. She has been an active member of several Montgomery County charities a strong supporter of the local SPCA and both Nancy and her husband are involved with fund raising for the Cure Alzheimer's Mid-Atlantic section as well as being active in the fund-raising/development for a Philadelphia based charter school for at-risk children. Over the years of corporate experience and local networking she has developed an extensive client contact base and referral network. She has strong communication skills pays close attention to every detail and is very dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to every client. Most importantly she enjoys the challenges that working in real estate provide and of course the satisfaction of finding that perfect home.
