About Brian:

Brian was born & raised in Fair Haven, New Jersey, and is the youngest of 3 boys. He is a graduate of Rumson Fair Haven Regional High School where he Wrestled and Pole Vaulted (Track & Field), and is still involved with Athletics from a distance.  He has his Bachelors in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina, as well as a Minor in Mathematics.  He started College as a Pre-Engineering Major and went to school on an NCAA Athletic Scholarship for Pole Vaulting, after a successful Track & Field career at Rumson Fair Haven Regional High School.

On the Buy-side, he has managed unique investment purchases such as Bank Sales, Short Sales, & Pre Foreclosures.  He even has experience working as a Dual Agent, where he manages both sides of the transaction (Listing and Buying).

Brian has a background working in Construction and goes above & beyond for his clients: whether Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, or Landlords (Commercial & Residential).  He is also a Private Pilot and Aviation enthusiast with over 400 flight hours.

Background:

Prior to Real Estate, Brian worked in Human Resources & Recruiting for over 12 years, and also has experience in Technology Staffing & Consulting.  This requires a keen sense of negotiation and polite persistence in order to succeed.  He has built his business surrounding relationships he has developed from all walks of life, and has been a local icon in the Red Bank scene since the early 2000's.
