Jonathan Oler has lived in the City of Brotherly Love for over 25 years. He has used his Design background with his rehabs and has experience with permits as well as Historical properties. Having a daughter he is also familiar with what Center City neighborhoods have the best Elementary Schools. If you choose to leave the city but still want easy access to what the city has to offer Lower Merion Schools and neighborhoods are just outside of the city.
