Pat brings over 35 years of experience as a real estate agent to The John Wuertz Team. Over those years, she has helped many buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.  Her experience not only as a real estate practitioner but also as a landlord gives Pat a great deal of insight to help her clients through the real estate process. As a listing agent, Pat utilizes the team’s extensive marketing plan, ensuring maximum exposure for every home listed by every member of The Team.  When representing buyers, her extensive knowledge of the market and inventory gives her clients an edge when negotiating.

Pat is a long time resident of Mount Laurel and is very familiar with Mount Laurel and the surrounding areas.   Pat was very involved in the schools and local sports while raising her daughter. Her massive database adds to the value Pat brings to her seller clients.  She can draw on that list of contacts and the relationships she's developed to the benefit of her many clients.
