Caroline Watts
Born in Havertown Pennsylvania my parents had a dream to raise their children at the Ocean City shore. By the age of 4 with both an older brother and sister my parents packed us up and moved to the Gardens section of Ocean City NJ. I completed my schooling in the Ocean City school system. When I moved off to college the average value of a single-family home in Ocean City was $165 000. Soon thereafter I graduated from Rowan University in Glassboro with my BA in Communications. When I returned home the average single family home value had risen to $500 000! Business in my hometown revolved around tourism real estate and construction. I decided then that I was going to get my real estate license. I began my career in real estate in 2004 working as an assistant to a Realtor at the Prudential Fox and Roach. I came into the business when the market began to soar. My experience has been extremely enlightening and I have had the invaluable opportunity of meeting fantastic people and families everyday. I love the real estate business and I look forward to helping families fulfill their shore home dream as my parents did.
