Bruno Pouget

Bruno Pouget is an Associate Broker involved in all aspects of real estate transactions, including asset acquisitions, resale, relocation, and development advisory. He works predominantly in the luxury market and has a distinguished sales record. Some of Bruno’s townhome and condominium sales reach sales records in several Center City neighborhoods. His current and past real estate portfolio includes residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality and exceeds $133 million.

Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, Bruno was a Broker/Partner at Astoban Realty, representing a local investment and development firm. Bruno also worked as an Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker Preferred, focusing on exclusive residential real estate sales. There, he was in the top 5 percentile of salespeople, and he received the International President’s Circle award. Prior to joining CBP, Bruno was an Associate Broker at Michael Salove Company, one of Philadelphia's premier commercial and retail agencies.

Born and raised in Bordeaux, France, Bruno relocated to the United States soon after his French military service. He founded one of Philadelphia’s most iconic French bistros, the Caribou Café, which has garnered rave reviews from the New York Times and Philadelphia Magazine, including “Best of Philly” awards.

Bruno remains devoted and committed to the continuous improvement and development of Philadelphia neighborhoods one block at a time. Bruno is an avid golfer, surfer, and yoga practitioner.
