No stranger to sales and marketing Marissa has spent the last 27 years in marketing and sales positions locally. Formally a Senior Acct Manager for Viamedia where she was responsible for selling for over 50 cable networks locally Lehigh Valley Style and newcomer magazines as a Sales Representative and also as the Director of Marketing/pioneer for Lehigh Valley Real Estate Weekly implementing the Real Estate Commercial Corner and GLVR's sponsor program.

Marissa received her license in 2014. In her first year she produced multi million dollars in sales and has continued to persevere in the local market as one of the top 5% of agents. She is ranked as one #5 with BHHS Fox and Roach in Lehigh County and in the top 20 with BHHS Fox and Roach in both Northampton and Lehigh counties achieving multi million dollar sales statuses for since the first year she was licensed. 

In 2016 Marissa Burkholder became the second highest selling agent in the BHHS Coopersburg office. During her time with Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS Marissa started one of the LV's first home staging businesses Evolution Staging where she was successful in helping many Realtors and property owners prepare their homes for listing. As a natural marketer Marissa always works to achieve the highest NET for each of her clients using her staging experience and at times bringing in professionals and proves her value putting your houses best presentation for forward. Her strategy has awarded home sales over listing price and has netted some clients +10% of their previously listed price in their actual selling price.
