My name is Jennifer Kotler and I have a lifelong connection to my market and an ability to understand your needs and home finding requirements and make them a reality. Growing up in Livingston, New Jersey and now raising my family here gives me a keen perspective of our local area and what it can offer my clients. Living in this area for over 35 years has given me a strong knowledge of the surrounding areas including, but not limited to Livingston, Short Hills/Millburn, Summit, Chatham, West/South Orange and Maplewood.  I have the unique ability to cover and be knowledgeable covering a wide territory being corporate clients location requirements differ. Livingston, Short Hills/Millburn, Summit, Chatham, West/South Orange and Maplewood. Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Rockaway, Westfield are a few areas I represent. It is my desire to find my clients the right fit in a place they can call HOME!!

Being in real estate for fifteen years has given me the confidence and experience to deliver the best service to my clients. I have provided corporate relocation services throughout New Jersey and work with several fortune 500 companies through multiple relocation contacts in the region. Having been a teacher for 13 years prior and obtaining a masters degree in education helps me pass on educational consulting when needed.

In our changing market, I make it a priority to keep up with the changing times. The absorption rate, also known as months of supply, is the number of months projected to deplete the existing inventory of homes based on current monthly sales, assuming no new homes come on the market. To reach this number, the current active listings is divided into the number of reported sales. I am always interested in the Market Absorption Rate!!??  WHY?? >>> It is a great indicator to understanding the climate of the market at hand. Using this tool, sellers and buyers can define the market as a "buyer's market" or "seller's market."
