I have been partnering with buyers and sellers in Philadelphia for over 15 years. If you are a buyer, my first objective is to find the neighborhood that fits you best, then locate the home that meets your needs. If you are selling your property, then my priority is to sell your home within the time frame you require at the best price possible. I am a graduate of Temple University with a degree in marketing and management. This experience, along with the market knowledge, community connections, and negotiation skills I’ve gained throughout my real estate career, help me meet these objectives time and again.

What makes me a successful agent is my love for the city of Philadelphia. I have lived in the city since 1987 and have seen Philly grow from a handful of neighborhoods you talk about, to a city filled with so many unique neighborhoods you need more than two hands to count them!

My neighborhood areas of expertise are Rittenhouse Square, Washington Square West, Bella Vista, Queen Village, Passyunk Square, Old City, and Fishtown, as well as the Northwest areas of Philadelphia County (East Falls, Mount Airy, and Chestnut Hill).
